The Good Life: A Story of Workers and Managers

‘There must be a way of improving our lot at work,’ thinks Jerry.

He is not alone. Fed up with the unjust working conditions at the factory, a group of workers set about bringing a union into the company. Their efforts are met with resistance not just from their managers, but also from fellow workers, and their actions have consequences that affect all levels of employees.

This fictional story is one that takes a critical look at workplace hierarchies and how they shape our lives.
