Order cancellation permitted prior to shipment. Buyers should contact us as soon as possible via email or phone to request cancellation. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled.

We endeavor to ship all orders as quickly as possible--usually within 48 hours of receiving an order--using minimal packaging and recyclable materials whenever possible.
