But when her acrobats finally wear her out during one spring migration, Emily takes up residence on a farm. At first content and free to do as she pleases, Emily soon realizes that farm life may not be all that it seems - and dinnertime takes on a whole new meaning when she's expected to be the main course!
Award-winning author and artist Marc Simont has written a poignant story that focuses on one of life's most common dilemmas - how to balance conformity and individuality.
Filled with Mr. Simont's masterful watercolor paintings, Emily's story is brought to life with a joyful spirit that will touch the hearts of all who read it.
