Gourmet defined the standard of fine American cooking in the 1950s. These are the revised edition, printed in 1976. Every classic dish is covered, from shad roe to petit fours. This set of two cookbooks are bound in red leather with gold printing. The spines have slight edgewear, but the books are otherwise in beautiful condition, clean and tight.
