In den letzten Jahren sind tiefgreifende Ver�nderungen der institutionellen Regelungsstrukturen der europ�ischen Bildungssysteme zu beobachten. Inzwischen hat sich mit der Educational Governance ein eigenst�ndiger Forschungsbereich etabliert, der sich der Transformation von Steuerungsformen im Bildungsbereich zuwendet. Ziel des vorliegenden Bandes ist die Analyse der ver�nderten Governance-Praxen. Die Aufmerksamkeit der empirischen Beitr�ge ist dabei vor allem auf national und sektoral unterschiedliche Prozesse und Wirkungen von Governance-Modi gerichtet. Dar�ber hinaus werden theoretische und methodische Weiterentwicklungen der interdisziplin�r verstandenen Educational-Governance-Forschung zur Diskussion gestellt.
