Sheldon S. Steinberg and David T. Austern focus on the ethical and unethical behavior of elected and appointed government officials. DAVID T. AUSTERN is General Counsel of the Manville Personal Injury Settlement Trust. He has previously served as an Assistant District Attorney in New York City and as an Assistant United States Attorney in Washington, D.C. He is a member of the editorial board of the ABA/BNA Lawyer's Manual on Professional Conduct and is a frequent lecturer on legal ethics.
