Bound in contemporary full speckled calf, gilt panelled covers, morocco lettering-piece in second compartment, all page edges gilt, initial and terminal blanks, engraved frontispiece, head-pieces, decorative initials. Condition: GOOD. Collated complete. Binding secure with sight rubbing to the joints and spine ends. Interior well-preserved, with a couple of spots and light toning. A handsome copy. Notes: An anonymously published moral approach to the correction of speech by Allestree, the King's Chaplain and Provost of Eton College.
