郑仲琳（工商管理硕士）是中国50岁+ 功能性运动和健康行业倡导者和资深专家。她是CCTV-12《随时随地防衰老》节目特邀主创和主播，是中国和国际性论坛上的活跃讲者。她担任全国卫生产业企业管理协会预防医疗分会委员以及江苏省运动健康促进会理事。她是陈氏太极小架第11代传人、也是中国药科大学中药药理学学士，于传统"体医结合"思想中成长。她也是美国功能增龄学院（FAI）、美国运动医学院（ACSM）、美国运动委员会（ACE）认证的资深运动导师，熟知"体医结合"之国际前沿实践。郑仲琳于2016年12月于上海创办炼医健管理服务机构，并在中国培养50岁+功能性健康导师，积极影响中国民众开启50岁+ 功能性健康之旅。2017年8月，她在苏州开始创办炼医健运动研究院，致力于本土可持续创新。她亲自带领团队训练各地客户，并为VIP以及政府民生项目设计50岁+ 功能性健康方案。Zhonglin Zheng (MBA) is an advocate and senior expert for 50+ functional fitness and health industry in China. She is a specially invited chief creator and anchor for CCTV-12's column, an active speaker in China and international forums, a Member of the Preventative Medicine Branch of China National Association of Health Industry and Enterprise Management, and a Director of Jiangsu Association of Sports and Health Promotion. She grew up in the Chinese traditional thought of "sports and medicine integration" as being the 11th Generation Descendant of Chen's Small Frame Tai Chi as well as holding a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacology of Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine from China Pharmaceutical University. She is also familiar with the cutting-edge international practice of "sports and medicine integration" as a senior personal fitness trainer certified by the Functional Aging Institute (FAI), the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Zhonglin Zheng established Lian Medical Wellness in Shanghai in December 2016. From then on, she started to develop 50+ Functional Fitness and Health Specialists in China and actively influenced Chinese people to begin their 50+ functional fitness and health journey. In Aug. 2017, she started to establish the Suzhou Institute of Medical Fitness and has been committed to the sustainable innovation of 50+ functional fitness and health industry in China. She took a hands-on approach by leading the team to train mature adults around the country, and by developing 50+ functional fitness and health VIP programs and government-sponsored well-being projects.

谢尔凡博士（医学博士、主任医师、研究生导师、国家健康管理师），现任苏州明基医院副院长、整形医美与创面修复中心主任。他毕业于陆军军医大学（原第三军医大学）国家重点学科、国家临床重点专科、国家重点实验室。早年曾任美国 FDA 项目首席专家、阿联酋王室保健医生；曾在多家三甲医院担任外科主任医师，以及健康管理中心主任。过去15 年来，他在国内领先的养老、医疗、康复、健康管理等机构担任过医学负责人。谢尔凡博士在学术、教育和职业经历上的积累，让他对于非手术、非药物提升功能减退及慢病人群活力，有着独到的学术热情和见解、以及丰富的实践经验。谢尔凡博士目前仍然在担任中国整形美容协会中西医结合分会理事会常务理事、《中华损伤与修复杂志》编委等许多社会兼职，他在国内外发表论文100 余篇，参加编写专著10 部，多次获科技进步奖、医疗成果奖、优秀教学奖等。他热爱50岁+ 功能性健身运动，也是一位资深跑者和马拉松、戈壁越野等运动赛事的医疗救护团成员。Dr. Erfan Xie (M.D., Ph.D., Professor of Surgery, Chief Surgeon, Graduate Supervisor, and National Health Administrator), is currently Vice President of Suzhou Benq Hospital and Director of Plastic Surgical, Medical Cosmetology & Wound Repair Center. He graduated from a National Key Discipline, a National Key Clinical Specialty, and a State Key Laboratory of the Army Military Medical University (formerly the Third Military Medical University).In his early years, he was the Chief Expert of a US FDA project and a Royal Family Health Care Doctor in the United Arab Emirates. He has served as Chief Surgeon and Director of the Health Management Center in several Grade Three-Level A hospitals. In the past 15 years, he has served as Medical Director in leading senior care, medical, rehabilitation, and health management institutions, etc. in China. Dr. Xie's academic, educational and professional experience has nurtured his unique intellectual enthusiasm, insights, and rich practical experience in enhancing the function and vitality of the chronic disease population through non-surgical and non-medical approaches.
