As New, graded in hand. A laminated pictorial paperback as issued - no dust jacket was ever part of this edition. The front cover shows some creasing and wear at the corners and edges, and there is a small tear or nick in the upper right area of the front cover. The back cover shows light surface wear; bright patches in the photographs are glare on the laminate, not damage. The binding is intact and the pages lie flat. Interior pages are clean, with no student or teacher writing found in the pages photographed; the blue answers are printed as part of the key. The publication year and ISBN are not legible in the photographs. Not every page was photographed, but the book was graded in hand. No library stamps, call-number labels, card pockets, date-due slips, or DISCARD marks anywhere in the book.

This season taught me a good book can shape how a child sees the world. Every title I choose has to engage young minds to think critically and navigate this world with real understanding. Every book has a story — but it only means something when a child lives it. Why Papa Duck? I was "Uncle Duck" to my nieces and nephews for years — duck pictures fill my office, Mallards are my favorite. When my grandson arrived last year, the family asked what he'd call me. There was only one answer. CPA by training, teacher by calling, homeschool dad by experience, Papa Duck by love.…
