12 1/2 X 18 poster on thick paper stock, designed and drawn by Peter Manders for the Nice Jazz Festival, "Grand Parade du Jazz," in 1981. Some wear and aging with some edge toning and minor wear. The copy is signed by Manders in the bottom right margin. It is protected in a lightweit, acrylic poster frame. The poster is made up of drawings of many of the jazz participants, including Buddy de Franco, Illinois Jacquet, Teddy Wilson, Arnett Cobb, Milt HamptonCleanhead Vinson, and a bust of Louis Armstrong for whom a Memorial was held. The Nice Jazz Festival claims to be the oldest Jazz Festival in the world. ; B&W Drawings; Folio 13" - 23" tall; 1 pages; Signed by Illustrator.
