Softcover. Condition: Fair to good, with general shelfwear to cover edges, with a light crease to lower outer corner of rear cover, as well as some light sunning to rear cover. Previous owners name neatly written on front endpaper. 96pp. Many b/w illustrations, some with additional colour. This book describes by pictorial example and comment the concept of graphic design in the early 1960s. The three authors were all successful graphic designers, able to assess and then to solve logically and simply any problems of graphic communication, be it persuasive (advertising) or informative (books). In this book their work is shown in company with fifty of the best known European and American designers of the time.
