About the Author

Lois Sonnenberg has enjoyed careers as a Registered Nurse and teacher of English Composition and Literature. She challenged her students to read and write in many genres and share their poetry and fiction by creating classroom publications. She often wrote poetry with and for her students and belongs to an adult writers' group whose members share and critique each others' writing. GRAVE TALES is a reflection of her medical and educational careers, and she had great fun (and a few worries) wondering what might happen to these beloved characters if she brought them into the 21st Century.
