The Great Cupcake War

Too many children and not enough treats leads to The Great Cupcake War, an epic struggle for the right to eat the last few delicious cupcakes. Alliances are made and the battle becomes fierce as each side fights with desperate ferocity for possession of the frosted confections. Victory means tasty bliss, while defeat means bitter disappointment.

Not much is known about the author. Due to the fact that archaeologists have found only a few artifacts and bone fragments in widely scattered sites across Texas, his history and makeup are difficult to piece together. Debate rages as to interpretation of the scant findings; his brain pan seems to approach modern capacity, but the tools associated with him are so crude as to be almost useless. Was he an active hunter, as some believe, or a scavenger, as others maintain? Was he a social, cooperative being, or solitary and secretive? There is evidence to support each conclusion. The meager and maddeningly contradictory nature of what he left behind may indicate the confused essence of the hominid known as Vic Parrish - inconsistent, occasionally brilliant, often pedestrian and mostly irrelevant.
