About the Author

Antony Bell is a nationally revered executive coach and consultant, an international speaker, and educator. Bell is president and CEO of Leader Development Inc., where his focus is on helping leaders build and strengthen the leadership capacity of their organizations. He has worked with such clients as Allied Signal, Bose Corporation, Nike South Africa, British Telecom, Solectron, and March of Dimes.

An adjunct faculty member of the Daniel School of Management at the University of South Carolina, Bell designs and delivers courses on leadership development and corporate reorganization, and writes articles on the principles, practices, and challenges of modern leadership. He travels internationally speaking on issues of the leader's role in organizations, corporate culture renewal, coaching, and personal development.
