About the Author
Gwen Ashley Walters is a professionally trained chef and Certified Culinary Professional. An Honors graduate of the Scottsdale Culinary Institute, she also holds a Master of Education degree from The University of North Texas. She has worked in commercial kitches such as the renowned Boulders Resort in Carefree, Arizona. In addition to authoring 3 resort cookbooks, Ms. Walters also writes a wine column, and other food related articles.
