He is an Adjunct Professor of Management and Organization at the USC Marshall School of Business where he teaches corporate governance, strategic management and global business issues.
Bob is a Conference Board ESG Center Fellow and a retired PwC Advisory Partner, a role in which he worked and lived on four continents across twenty countries on the frontlines of globalization. He is the author of the book Social Inc., also of several book chapters on digital and cybersecurity risk oversight and writes regularly in Forbes.
PAUL FERRILLO
Paul is a Partner at McDermott, Will & Emery and focuses his practice on corporate governance issues, complex securities class action, major data breaches and cybersecurity, corporate investigations and work with audit committees and special committees. Paul represents clients across a wide range of industries, including retail, aerospace contractors and sub-contractors, apparel, financial services, investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, 1940 Act funds, energy, oil and gas, and real estate.
He is an Adjunct Professor at the Florida State University School of Law where he teaches cybersecurity law and policy, as well as lecturing on federal securities law at the Harvard University School of Law.
CHRIS VELTSOS
Chris is a Professor in the Department of Computer Information Science at Minnesota State University, Mankato where he regularly teaches cyber-security courses and oversees a cyber risk graduate program.
