Jennifer Robin, Ph.D. is a Senior Consultant at the Great Place to Work Institute. She leads the Advisory Practice, helping leaders integrate their organization's culture with its strategy and aligning efforts to be a great workplace. Prior to joining the Institute, she was the President of the Art of Growth, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in leadership and organizational culture.
