Shipping terms
Shipping costs are based on packages weighing 2.2 lb, or 1 Kg. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. If your order is significantly less than 1 Kg. then we may sometimes reduce the p&p rate. To reduce your costs, we are generally happy to combine postage on multiple orders. BUYERS OUTSIDE EUROPEAN ZONE : our 'standard rate' is for surface mail and this is quoted as taking from 56 working days ie. 11 weeks, depending on destination. We have had very few problems with this service, delivery is usually quicker than quoted, but can be prolonged depending on many circumstances. WE DO NOT OFFER ANY REFUND WHATSOEVER FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE USING THIS SERVICE. Our 'priority rate' is for an airmail service, which generally takes 7 to 10 working days depending on destination; normal refunds (to the amount refunded by our postal system after their investigation) would be available in case of loss or damage.
