The Greek Penal Code

The Greek Penal Code, a translation of Law 4619/2019 which overhauled the Penal Code, was painstakingly translated and edited over a period of several years.

The purpose of this publication is to clarify the Greek legal system for an international audience, ranging from investors and entrepreneurs to scholars, academics, and students of law and translation, as well as legal practitioners, providing them with the entire text of the Penal Code rather than piecemeal Articles or the gist and main points.
