Neeraj Singh Manhas is the Special Advisor for South Asia at the Parley Policy Initiative, Republic of Korea, and a subject matter expert at the Centre for Joint Warfare Studies, Ministry of Defence, India. His research interests include India-China border issues, transboundary rivers, water security, climate security, and defence studies. His recently edited book is Analysing the Current Afghan Context (Routledge, Taylor & Francis, 2023).
Sriparna Pathak (Prof. Dr) is Professor of China Studies and founding Director of the Centre for Northeast Asian Studies at O.P. Jindal Global University, India.
