“Decisions made in the heat of emotion may be brave, but not wise. Wait until the clamour has died away and in the calm you will see what must be done.” Pam Brown, born 1928

“I'm not sure what the future holds but I do know that I'm going to be positive and not wake up feeling desperate. As my dad said, 'Nic, it is what it is, it's not what it should have been, not what it could have been, it is what it is.” Nicole Kidman

Deborah Delaney is a Journalist, Writer and Neuro Linguistic (NLP) Practitioner and Life Coach. She lives in Wiltshire in the United Kingdom with her husband and two cats. She is also a mum of three grown up boys, and has five grandchildren. Deborah has written for various magazines and newspapers over the years, and has also worked in public relations and marketing. In her unique eBook, Deborah shares her knowledge and experience to provide advice and support for older ladies like herself who may be experiencing problems with letting go and moving on following a breakup. Having divorced twice, Deborah knows only too well how it feels having to deal with the emotional roller coaster ride associated with separation and divorce. Unfortunately at the time of Deborah's relationship breakups, there was very little advice or support available. But despite the lack of help, she was determined to turn her life around and studied to become a NLP Practitioner and Life Coach. NLP helped Deborah gain confidence in her own abilities as a writer, and it also helped her clients grow and nurture their own inner strength and gain confidence to live their best lives. In her unique eBook, which contains links to music (suggested links in the paperback version) and NLP exercises, Deborah shares her knowledge and experience to provide post breakup advice and support for older ladies. So if you (or someone you know) are struggling with accepting your relationship is over, this book can help you (or them) let go of the past and in doing so move forward to become a stronger, more confident person. Deborah will teach you how you can turn your breakup into the best thing that ever happened. Deborah enjoys writing, reading, the cinema, dancing and horse riding ( when she gets the chance).
