This is an updated version of the Greyhound Chronicle, a life on the road. It has photos of the Penticton, BC reunions, a speech by Doug Baker, and some interesting stories and photos of people that Ray met while driving a bus on his last trip as a Greyhound driver.

Many people have seen commercials depicting a spiffy looking Greyhound driver with a bus load of happy people and assume that it is the best job in the world.However, the picture is deceiving! Yes, it is a good job, but it takes a special kind of person to hang in there. These stories will give readers a feeling for what it was like to be a Greyhound driver under the most demanding of circumstances.

Greyhound Bus Service started in British Columbia, Canada in 1929. Expanding the travel business, Greyhound reached the Yukon, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec. In 2018 they ceased operations in Western Canada. As of 2021, Greyhound services in Canada shut down completely.
