Grief and Mourning

I know the pain of saying "good-bye" to someone you love. It's awful. The pain is real. The lonely Christmases, the empty birthdays, and the weary holidays all serve as gruesome reminders that your loved one is gone. The feelings are real. The emotions are intense. Feelings and emotions are not dependable or accurate most of the time, but God's Word is.

This book is written for you. It will help you get close to God so you can let Him help you through the sadness and mourning over your loved one. But don't invite the spirit of grief into your life.

Grief is not the same as mourning. Your mourning is simply an outward expression of an inward pain. Your mourning will turn to dancing!

Along with his wife, Mary Jo, Dave established The Dave and Mary Jo Williams Charitable Mission (Strategic Global Mission), a mission's ministry for providing scholarships to pioneer pastors and grants to inner-city children's ministries.
