Occasional rubbing with touches of surface loss to cloth, heaviest at spine ends and corners but with cloth, gilt and figures overall bright, sharp and clean. Stress creases and stiffness to spine of v.5-6 (possible mositure effect but no discoloration or damage). Bindings all strong and square. Torn tissue on frontis, v.1-2.
