About the Author

Mad Coyote Joe is the owner of Mad Coyote Spice Company for which he developed 54 different spice products. He learned about Mexican cuisine while working with Hands Across the Border, a cultural exchange program. He has also served as host for the Mad Coyote Joe Annual Charity Cook-Off and Auction.

MAD COYOTE JOE is the host of the popular TV show "The Sonoran Grill," which is in it's fifth season, and is the author of two successful cookbooks: The Sonoran Grill and A Gringo's Guide to Authentic Mexican Cooking. He lives in Cave Creek, Arizona.
