Randy Ross (co-editor) is President of International Black Writers and Artists of Los Angeles and author of the short story collection The Chocolate Man.

Erin Aubry Kaplan (co-editor) is a staff writer at L.A. Weekly and winner of PEN Center USA West's Literary Award for the Best Writing in the West in 2000 in the Journalism category.
