Green flexible cloth cover is frayed corners and caps is clean, bright, and in good+ condition. Boards slightly warped. Spine is straight. Binding is tight. 4 page ears at bottom. Pages have very sparse and modest pencil checkmarks and a few notations but the vast majority clean and very good.
