Your commitment to improving and investing in yourself and others through exploring the possibilities of a growth journey will give back to you because of your efforts. The workbook will encourage you to open yourself and share your story to inspire others. The most important "nuggets of gold" lie within you. How you practice your life wisdom is the very thing that will empower you to help others grow! So, let's get started learning about YOU and the Value Within.

In the Grow Your Value Share Your Story Workbook are 7 reflections to validate the value within consisting of Giving Grace; Growing through Grieving; Progress not Perfection; Being the Butterfly; Re-establishing Reality; Share Your Story; and Meaningful Mission. These 7 reflections will help inspire you through challenging life events and help you grow through them. You will experience growth by honing into your own thoughts as you reflect, creating your own personal mission, and to help you and others to recognize the value that only you can uniquely bring to this world. Your life is precious, including the scars that you have carried with you.

This workbook was inspired by the Validate Value Within section in the Grow Others Workbook. I was inspired to write more and to develop a tool that I could use to help groups and individuals work through challenges and come out on the other side a much healthy and whole person, ultimately bringing value to others through their story and their journey.
