王恕，字宗贯，号介庵，明代西安府三原县光远里（今陕西省三原县北城）人。
《关学文库�文献整理系列：王恕集》点校的王恕主要著作，包括《王端毅公文集》（记、序、书、墓表、墓志铭等）6卷、《续文集》2卷、《玩易意见》上下卷、《石渠意见》4卷、《王端毅公奏议》15卷和《典籍格言》（未分卷），全书统一用《王恕集》冠名。《王端毅公文集》采用明嘉靖三十一年（1603年）石渠家藏刻本为底本，《玩易意见》《石渠意见》采用清道光二十六年（1846年）《惜阴轩丛书》本为底本，《王端毅公奏议》采用清乾隆四十三年（1778年）《钦定四库全书》本为底本《典籍格言》采用明弘治十八年（1505年）刻本为底本。校以清嘉庆十一年（1806年）据明嘉靖十三年（1534年）版本的补刻本。王恕著作五种除了以底本为主进行本校外，引文和录文的对校主要参考校本进行他校。一旦发现底本与校本文字有出入，则尽量寻找其他文献或石刻之符合者以说明王氏当年可能另有所本。如果仍有差异，则在脚注中注明存疑。同时，在文字训诂中尽量参考古今学者的成果。对于行文中引录的上古难懂文字、冷僻文辞、今古文差异较大或诸家释读见解差异较大者，一般在脚注中酌情加以训释。
