this is the first reprint of the original Atlas published by H. R. Page & Co. in Toronto with the Maps by Captain John Rogers and Sketches by S. Penson dated 1879; blue publisher's cloth bound boards; lettering in gilt on front cover; it appears to be unread; gilt is bright; spine is square; hinges tight; no previous owner's signatures or inscriptions; 112 pages; in addition to the maps, text and sketches there are many local advertisements by merchants and businesses in Bracebridge, Huntsville and Gravenhurst.
