Pictorial soft cover shows heavy creasing, soiling, and staining. Edges are heavily bumped and rubbed with several closed tears, open tear to front bottom right corner. Heavy wear and chipping around coil binding has caused several surface and closed tears. Textblock edges are age toned and soiled, inside of covers are scuffed, soiled, and have liquid staining. Page margins show age toning, creasing to several pages, scoring to pg. 35, large stain to pg. 37-38. Flecking throughout. All text is legible, pages remain firmly attached. Though this book has seen better days, it is full of great recipes and would make a great addition to any kitchen.
