About the Author

Anthony Black is a versatile artist who works as a writer, director, actor, designer, and as artistic co-director of Canada's internationally acclaimed 2b theatre company. His plays include When it Rains, Invisible Atom, and Homage. Collaborative creation and writing projects include The Story of Mr. Wright (with Christian Barry and Globe Theatre Young company), and Soul Alone (with Conor Green). His plays have been performed at theatres and festivals across Canada and internationally. Anthony is a graduate of York University and the National Theatre School's Directing Program and a member of Playwrights Atlantic Resource Centre. He lives in Halifax with his wife Ann-Marie Kerr and his daughter Sophia.
