Dave Heckenbach is a founding partner of Heckenbach Ammarell, LLP, which has been featured by Forbes magazine. His practice is primarily in the area of complicated divorce matters for individuals of high net worth and income. He has handled literally hundreds of contested hearings in cases involving divorce, paternity, allocation of parental responsibilities, post-decree modifications, child support modification, child support enforcement, maintenance modification, step-parent rights, and grandparent rights. He has also been listed in the Denver Social Register and Record since 1993. Dave earned his Bachelor of Arts from Washington and Lee University in 1976, graduating cum laude with honors in Psychology (Psi Chi, the National Honors Society for Psychology). He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado School of Law in May, 1979.
Kim Langelaar is a certified divorce financial analyst from the Institute of Divorce Financial Analyst as well as a trained mediator with almost a decade experience working in the financial and insurance field. Her training focuses on the tax and financial planning issues that face divorcing couples. She has taken advanced courses in alternative dispute resolution and her skills include helping couples communicate effectively in a highly emotional atmosphere. Kim s services include providing financial illustrations, projections for equitable distribution, lifestyle analysis, asset analysis, mediation, and court testimony. After going through her own divorce fifteen years ago, Kim became passionate about helping others find better solutions to their divorces. She knows firsthand that divorce can get expensive and complicated. She understands the emotional difficulty a couple feels when ending their marriage. Her approach is to help them come to a fair agreement with integrity and respect. She holds a Bachelor s degree in Technical Management from DeVry University. She is licensed in health, life, auto, home, and commercial insurance with a Series 6, 63 and 65 securities license. Kim lives with her three sons in Parker, Colorado.
Kurt Groesser has been involved in the real estate industry since 2003. He has experience in commercial real estate sales, property management, commercial leasing and residential real estate sales both as a principal and a broker. In 2006, Kurt enhanced his skills when he graduated from Texas A&M University with an MBA. He holds a Bachelor s degree in marketing from the University of Colorado. Kurt has been a licensed real estate broker in the State of Colorado since 2008. As an owner of commercial real estate and a broker, Kurt brings solid financial skills and practical experience to the real estate sales and investing process.
Jan Parsons has five years of mortgage loan experience specializing in assisting couples facing divorce. She has found that those who are going through divorce have particular needs and often a high degree of anxiety about keeping their current home or financing a new one. Having gone through a divorce herself, Jan understands how difficult it is to make educated decisions at such an emotional time.
Kristine Turner graduated with a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the Pacific Graduate School of Psychology, an APA accredited school affiliated with Stanford s program. She has worked since 1994 as a clinician in a wide variety of arenas including emergency services, group and individual therapy, leadership training, parental coaching, mediation and parenting after divorce classes for the courts. She has also appeared in court as an expert witness.
