Robert L. Guyer has lobbied in state houses across the United States, in Congress, and internationally. He has served in a number of legislative capacities including: Legislative Counsel and Assistant Director, State Government Affairs for Ralston Purina Company and Manager of Legislative Affairs for Energizer Power Systems, Inc., a subsidiary of Eveready Battery Company, Inc. He served in a similar capacity with Gates Energy Products, Inc. and was Director of Legislative and Regulatory Affairs for the not-for-profit Rechargeable Battery Recycling Corporation.
Mr. Guyer holds degrees in political science, engineering, and law and is admitted to the practice of law in the District of Columbia and in Florida.
