Arthur F. O'Leary is a leading expert on construction industry arbitration and architectural practice. He co-founded O'Leary Terasawa Partners, now merged with Widom Wein Cohen O'Leary Terasawa, a Santa Monica architectural firm. He has served as arbitrator and consultant on more than 300 construction industry litigations, and has written, lectured, and published extensively in over 40 years of professional activity.
He received his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Southern California, where he served on the faculty for 10 years. Mr. O'Leary is a member of the National Panel of Arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association. He is also recipient of the Distinguished Achievement Award from the American Institute of Architects. He currently resides near Dublin in Drogheda, County Louth, Ireland.
