Many of the 72 BW plates are full-page on less acidic paper than the text so they look fine whereas the text overall has foxing (in the page margins and heavier in the first 30 pages) throughout. There is a closed tear in page one and some scribble marks on FFEP with no other markings. The paper wraps are stained, worn, creased and chipped. The covers are completely detached leaving the twelve 16-page folded modules exposed but there are no loose pages (like having 12 individual chapbooks). Traduit de l'Italien et revu par le Fr.
