Guide for users requesting administrative urban planning documents: Cameroon and horizontal decentralization

The user guide for obtaining administrative urban planning documents is a document intended to assist users applying to municipalities for specific administrative urban planning documents such as: building permits, site permits, demolition permits, subdivision permits, certificates of compliance, or urban planning certificates. In addition to these explicit documents, there are implicit documents such as the certificate of completion of works and the permit to market certain lots in the future state of completion of works. It contains the essential legal texts governing the issuance of these documents, the conditions to be met, the initiator of the procedure, the signatory of the document, and the method of availability. This document includes templates of the requested documents in the appendix.
