8vo. 239, [1] pages. Hardcover bound in orange cloth with cover designs in black. Moderate rubbing and wear to the binding. Spine is toned. A sound copy with secure inner hinges. Text is a bit toned but is clean. Illustrated in black and white and with color drawings. The front cover notes "Teacher's Edition". The front pastedown states that this is property of the State Board of Education, Division of Textbooks, Raleigh, N.C." although there are no actual library markings.

Pages Past is a small used and antiquarian bookshop holding 10,000-15,000 volumes. We are located a few blocks from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Most of our books are hardback, although we have a few bookcases of paperbacks with recent fiction and classic literature represented. We also have a fairly good collection of Eastern Philosophy & Religion (Buddhism, Taoism, Hinduism) as well as New Age. Most of these are recent paperbacks in nice condition. We have a good collection of antiquarian books in the fields of Americana, old leather bound books, and early religious and scholarly books. Shop hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays. We're closed on Sundays. We are always interested in buying quality books in very good condition.…
