Dr. Elaine M. Weber has spent her career as a teacher, adjunct professor, and language arts consultant for the Michigan Department of Education, Department of Defense Schools in London, England and in her current position with the Macomb Intermediate School District working with teachers and administrators in 21 school districts.

Dr. Cynthia Schofield is a Michigan teacher. She taught emotionally impaired students the first ten years of her career and English Language Art classes for the last twenty years. She is an avid reader of all texts. Her teaching has always been guided by her love of literature and her passion for the discipline.

Barbara A. Nelson is an Arizona-based educator, conference speaker, and consultant. During her 46-year career, she has taught at every grade level. She conducts workshops on reading and writing strategies throughout the U.S. on topics including CCSS.
