Third edition - revised, with volume one covering the east of the county and volume two the west and north. Large folded maps as frontispieces with smaller folded maps and plans throughout. News clippings about Yorkshire laid in have caused some offset toning. Rear to each volume has extensive travel advertising section printed on blue paper. Some pencil notes to endpapers. Blocks have marbled edges. Red boards show gilt titling to front and spine with some wear and heavy marking to volume one and fading/dulling to volume two.
