Tall 8vo. Bound in original brown cloth covers with gilt to spine and front. Gilt vignette of shooter to spine. In good condition. Spine slightly darkened and rubbed. Corners slightly bumped and rubbed. Inner front hinge slightly untidy. CA i inch torn off head of title page to removed inscription, edge of inscription still present. SLight crease lower front corner, tissue guard nearly detached. Occasional small marks and foxing spots throughout. Else a clean and tight copy. 768pp. cat 12pp. With b/w engravings and b/w frontis with tissue guard. SCARCE. One of the most famous volumes of firearms literature.

cheque / money order in Pound Sterling. Postage, insurance and packing is extra.
Books can be returned within 14 days upon receipt (please let us straight away).
If the book was wrongly described, we will refund your return postage. If you
just changed your mind, we would you expect you to refund our postage to you. We
try to give as careful a description as possible, but we do not mention private
library labels or inscriptions, slight foxing, or very minor other faults -
unless these seriously affect the value of the book.
