About the Author
He managedcontract and grant budgets ranging upto six figures, and totaling millions. He transferred his highlydeveloped professional fiscal skills and tools into managing his family's homefinances. Over time discipline, wise financial decision-making, astutefinancing principles and strategic borrowing methods became his forte.
Now retired, it was with that same vigorand caring that the ageless professor undertook developing a valuable guide foryoung people and their parents to use in managing debt matters as they movetoward and through their college experience. He believes parents and theirchild must team in the development of and use of the resources necessary tocomplete it. His book shows them how to do that, even with areluctant teenager.
He earned B.S and M.S. degrees in civilengineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, a PhD from the University ofWisconsin, Madison and is an Emeritus Professor at Colorado State University.He directed a structural engineering laboratory, two technologytransfer and training centers, and a regional consortium for transportationeducation and research. I. General Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Basic provisions
(1) The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts that you conclude with us as a provider (AHA-BUCH GmbH) via the Internet platforms AbeBooks and/or ZVAB. Unless otherwise agreed, the inclusion of any of your own terms and conditions used by you will be objected to

The same applies if you do not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany or the EU or if the domicile or habitual residence is not known at the time the action is brought.
