Third printing (first published November 1964). [22], 1-122, [19] pages. Paperback: H 25.5cm x L 19.75cm. White plastic comb binder; paper covers foxed and lightly rubbed. Foxing to text block edges and initial and rear leaves; interior pages otherwise remain clean. Binding is firm. A very good+ copy.
