Loosely inserted 4 typed sheets, two on Champneys headed paper, giving the daily 'Home Treatment Chart' diet for a 'patient, with their hand-written notes in ink. One sheet contains 'Special Exercises for Constipation.' Sound. Clean, very good. Slight wear.
