HANDFONT HANDWORK

A breath of fresh air for graphic artists in our standardized, digital age: a book of fonts with the warmth and texture of hand-lettering. This inspirational book from the wizards at BNN is chock-full of charming, imaginative design applications using 102 different fonts that emulate script, stencils, typewriters, rubber stamps and all that great stuff human beings used to do before computers took over. All the fonts (plus the 240 illustration images) can be downloaded from an included, easy-to-use DVD-ROM that supports both Macintosh and Windows users. Photos and fonts can be manipulated to create your own notebook, sketchbook, t-shirt, wrapping paper, posters, you name it. Includes a handy key to the fonts at the back, and full, clear instructions on using the DVD-ROM.
