Circa 1950's. Hand drawn and colored, original cartoon art reading "HANDS UP !", measuring approx. 19" x 15", with rounded corners. Back side show remnants of black paper, where the cartoon had once been mounted. Perhaps created for the use of risque postcards. Light foxing to upper and lower edges. Seller Inventory # 007420
