Hardcover with moderate to heavy soil and edgewear to dark-red cloth covers. Hinges sound, uncracked but with two-inch splits at upper and lower ends of title page; tad shaken. Pages tight with occasional markings in pencil, smudges, dime-size old ink splotch on page 355 (text still discernable) . No DJ. Foldout map of grantees present and in very good condition; illustrated; 525 pages. .
