Brown extensively blind embossed covers with gold colored print and devise on spine. Wear with cloth missing at both spine ends. Top two corners bumped, and cloth/color missing at tips of all four. End papers creme or yellow. First few pages, through title, foxed from frontispiece engraving. Head edge of title page has been torn off. above the printing. Several small dark stain spots on lower front corner. 488 pages in this volume. Stain on inside of inner rear end paper that bleeds forward through to page 484 No DJ or ISBN.Tight and sound. Overall very good shape for age.
