THE BOARDS ARE RUBBED AND THERE ARE SOME SCUFFS TO BOTH SIDES. THE CORNERS AND EDGES ARE LIGHTLY SCUFFED. THE SPINE IS RUBBED. THE EDGES AND BOTH ENDS OF THE SPINE ARE SCUFFED AND TORN. THE PAGES HAVE A PATTERNED EDGE. THE FRONT INSIDE HINGE IS CRACKED AND THE BINDING IS SLIGHTLY EXPOSED. THERE IS FOXING TO SOME PAGES. THE BINDING IS TIGHT. THERE ARE LIGHT CREASES TO SOME PAGES. THE PAGES GENERALLY APPEAR CLEAN AND CREASE FREE. ALL IN ALL A NICE EXAMPLE OF THIS BOOK.
