Item description from seller

Second Impression. Binding is neat and tidy, yet staples show at front and back free endpaper. These staples bear some rust which stains the page edges and verso front cover. Edges, free endpapers, title pages and the occasional page has some moderate foxing and discolouration, whereas most pages throughout bear some light discolouration at the edges. Covers are lightly discoloured and rubbed. Head and tail of spine showing some heavy wear and tear. Some parts have been worn off completely, and sticky tape has been used to repair. Back cover has a large chip at the tail edge. Edges are well thumbed and rubbed, else this book is in fair condition. *We always describe the faults of our books meticulously; they usually present better than they sound.
